The session will be a comprehensive review of the various civil and criminal liabilities that exist under OSHA. It will include a discussion of the bases for civil citations against the Employer as well a criminal liability against the Employer and personal criminal liability against Managers. The program will discuss OSHA enforcement agendas, including multi employer work site liability, increased penalties, expanded Repeat and Willful citations, Severe Violators Enforcement Program and Native Language. Finally, it will provide practical recommendations on how to avoid or reduce these liabilities.
